Job Summary:
The Title Clerk at Stonebriar Chevrolet in Frisco, Texas is a crucial member of our Accounting and Finance team within the Auto industry. This individual contributor role is a Full Time position with a competitive salary of $23 to $28 per hour, paid biweekly. The Title Clerk will be responsible for managing the title process for all vehicle sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Process vehicle titles accurately and efficiently for all sales transactions
- Verify all required documents are present and accurate for each sale
- Submit and track title registrations to the appropriate state agencies
- Communicate with customers, lenders, and internal team members to resolve any title issues
- Update and maintain vehicle inventory records, including title status and location
- Prepare and submit necessary paperwork for vehicle trade-ins
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding title processing
- Keep track of all title related fees and expenses, including disbursements and reimbursements
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in Accounting or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Title Clerk in a dealership or automotive finance company
- Knowledge of state title regulations and processes
- Experience using dealership or automotive finance software preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
