**Position Overview:**
As a Team Member at Baskin Robbins, youll be the face of our store, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring that every visit is a delightful experience. Youll be involved in a variety of tasks from scooping ice cream to maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. If you love ice cream and enjoy working with people, this is the perfect role for you!
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
+ Scoop and serve ice cream and other products accurately according to company standards.
+ Operate cash registers, handle cash, and process transactions.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the dining area and kitchen.
+ Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies.
+ Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
+ Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
**Qualifications:**
+ Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required.
+ Must be enthusiastic, reliable, and have a positive attitude.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
+ Must be at least 15 years old (or the minimum age required by local labor laws).
