In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer management, across your specialist functions and various regions. Your focus will be on identifying, engaging, and hiring the best candidates in the market, ensuring that Nivoda remains a dynamic, supportive, and collaborative workplace.

What You'll Do

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, from job posting to offer stage.
    • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional talent.
    • Source and engage active and passive candidates using creative, multi-channel sourcing methods.
    • Conduct initial screening interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in Nivoda.
  • Candidate Experience
    • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from first contact to offer.
    • Act as the candidate's main point of contact, providing timely updates and ensuring transparency throughout the process.
  • Employer Branding
    • Contribute to building Nivoda's employer brand by engaging in recruitment marketing initiatives that attract top talent.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and content that highlight our unique company culture, values, and growth story.
  • Talent Pipeline Management
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for key roles, ensuring that we have the talent in place to support our ongoing growth.
    • Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other tools to track and manage candidate flow and ensure data accuracy.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment
    • Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to continuously improve the hiring process.
    • Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience).

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or agency recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment for various roles and departments.
  • Strong experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other creative sourcing methods.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, preferably Ashby.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in recruiting for a fast-growing scale-up from Series C-IPO.
  • Familiarity with global recruitment across various functions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, yet collaboratively with the HR team and cross-functional partners.
