Directly manage and provide oversight required to successfully, financially and operationally, service assigned clients or projects. Schedule installation activities including, but not limited to, project assignments, installation start, and any other job milestones. Oversee and direct the work of at least two employees; responsible for discipline of such employees.

? Receive customer requests for quotes
? Submit customer change orders to customers as required
? Re-quote projects to customers based on changes that may occur
? Use discretion and independent judgement to develop and/or approve schedules, priorities, and standards for achieving operational and financial goals
? Use discretion and independent judgement to develop and implement techniques for evaluating all operational and financial activity related to specific account or project ? Use discretion and independent judgement to develop guidelines and procedures while monitoring compliance with existing policies and procedures
? Interface with all levels of management in Pro-Tel sales, operations, engineering, installation and procurement services
? Use discretion and judgement to identify needed areas of change and implement improvements to operations
? May represent Pro-Tel at meetings, conferences, and seminars
? Perform related work as assigned
