Requirements: Analyzing financial information, preparing accurate financial reports. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales tax and payroll filings. Knowledge and hands-on experience with multi-state payroll processes and registrations are a plus. Strong accounting skills with a solid understanding of debit and credit principles are essential. Seeking a candidate with experience audit representation is a plus to deliver comprehensive auditing services, including financial reviews, familiarity with GAAS, and audit report preparation for federal, state, and non-profit sectors. Assist in audit preparations and liaise with auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes. Prepare and review complex tax returns (e.g., 1040, 1120, 1065, 990) to ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations. Experience working with federal, state, local entities, and non-profit organizations is preferred. The ability to respond to state and IRS notices is a plus. Proficiency in Hindi is a plus for client interactions. This is a full-time, in-person position.
