Job Title: Security Supervisor - CCTV Operator
Environment: Industrial
Location: Commerce City, CO
Type: Full-time
Shift: Monday – Friday 7am-3pm (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $21.00 / hour

About the Job: - Excellent customer service is always top priority.
- You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
- You provide rapid response in critical situations.
- You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
- You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Candidates will be exposed to hostile individuals on a daily/weekly basis.
About the Qualifications: - You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- If you have Security, Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement experience – even better!
- Must have a state security license or ability to obtain one
- Must be willing to respond to calls after hours
- Must be able to coach, teach and mentor team
- Must be willing to report for duty in case of emergencies or call offs
- Must be able to stand/patrol 6-8 hours per shift
- Must have at least 1 year supervising experience in Security
- Must have above average customer service skills
- Must have flexible schedule
- Must be knowledgeable of CCTV within 30 days of hire
- Demonstrate a stable work history
- Have reliable transportation
- Able to climb stairs, walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time
