About the Role: We are seeking a highly-driven Rental Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing incoming sales inquires and ensuring seamless order management. You will work with clients to develop tailored proposals that cater to their unique event needs, offering expert guidance and creative solutions. From the initial wishlist to their showroom appointment and final execution, your focus will be on transforming their vision into unforgettable memories.

Minimum Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in event planning or rental coordination or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field (Preferred)
- Experience with rental software and inventory management systems
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to engage customers over the phone, email and in-person
- Ability to always maintain a friendly, professional, team-oriented, positive demeanor

Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed proposals for clients of all levels
- Gather important details from the client finalize and schedule logistics for the order
- Participate in weekly meetings to discuss event production schedule and logistics with internal department managers
- Facilitate order change requests and or last minute revisions for clients
- Maintain thorough product knowledge to successfully engage with clients and generate interest in additional products
- Arrange and participate in showroom appointments with clients to showcase product offerings
- Reach out regularly to clients through phone calls or emails to ensure timely payment of their order
- Work with internal department managers to resolve issues such as inventory shortages and or quality issues
Pay: Depends on experience (Within the posted range)
