Job Description
Clients are seeking a highly skilled private Chef to cook dinner 3 days a week for a family in Pasadena. The senior couple is seeking Kosher, consistently prepared high-end restaurant-quality meals with exceptional taste and presentation utilizing a global approach and fresh, organic, high-quality ingredients.
The ideal candidate will have a good international repertoire of simple refined cooking, and knowledge of Mediterranean, French and Italian cuisine and the ability to cook special diets as needed. The ideal schedule would be to serve dinner between 6 - 6:30pm. Days could be TUE, THU, and SAT or SUN with some flexibility. The daily duties will also include shopping, inventory and restocking, keeping the kitchen highly organized and in an extremely clean state.
