Title: Penetration Tester

Location: Charlotte NC / Minneapolis MN / Chandler AZ

Contract to hire:

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Penetration Tester to lead web and mobile application security testing efforts. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in identifying vulnerabilities, ensuring secure application design, and driving robust security strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute penetration testing for web applications, mobile applications, and APIs to uncover and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Leverage Bug Bounty program experience to identify and exploit security risks effectively.
• Conduct API security testing and collaborate with engineering teams to address findings.
• Analyze complex Cyber Security challenges and contribute to innovative, scalable solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to plan and execute large-scale Cyber Security initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and security regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Cyber Security Research, or an equivalent combination of work experience, consulting projects, military service, or education.
• Demonstrated expertise in web and mobile application penetration testing.
• Proven success in Bug Bounty programs and vulnerability identification.
• Hands-on experience with API security testing and remediation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Cyber Security frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex Cyber Security issues.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to engage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with organizational compliance frameworks and ability to adhere to regulatory standards.
