Description of the Role

As a PCT, you will play a critical role in providing direct patient care and support to ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the medical team
  • Administer medication and treatments as directed by the healthcare professionals
  • Ensure patient rooms are clean and well-maintained
  • Assist with patient transport within the facility
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Patient Care Technician (PCT) certification
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina and strength to provide physical support to patients
