Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled full-time Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating daily operational activities, ensuring efficient operations. This role requires fluency in both English and Mandarin to facilitate effective communication with our international stakeholders.
Responsibilities: - Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities.
- Travel to our hosting site for patrol followed by the given instructions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment and machines.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines.
- Coordinate the movement and installation of machines when needed, including physical labor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations and maintenance activities.
Requirements: - US drivers license and comfortable with frequent driving (1-2 hours each way) to remote sites.
- Flexibility to travel to Rd 305, Edna, TX 77957, and Greenville, TX 75401 as required for on-site operations.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including the movement and installation of machines when needed.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
