Job Details
Are you an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator who thrives on challenges and is passionate about technology? Do you have a deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! You will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing our Dynamics 365 platform.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing and administering the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including configuration, security setup, user management, and system maintenance.
2. Troubleshooting and resolving any system, data, or security issues promptly.
3. Ensuring the smooth operation of all Dynamics 365 modules, including Finance and Operations (F&O).
4. Performing routine system maintenance tasks such as data cleanup, system backups, and software upgrades.
5. Handling data imports and exports, ensuring data integrity, and troubleshooting any data-related issues.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify system bugs and implement solutions.
7. Working closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integrations with other systems.
8. Utilizing SQL and Power BI to create custom reports and dashboards.
9. Assisting with the configuration and deployment of new Dynamics 365 features and upgrades.
Qualifications:
Must have Bachelors Degree
Must have strong understanding of finance and operations processes and modules within D365 F&O.
Must have system implementation experience
