Job Overview

As the Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing Minky Couture’s brand visibility, fostering meaningful relationships in the community, and executing marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and brand loyalty. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong communication, creativity, and an understanding of local market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement

• Build and maintain partnerships with local organizations, schools, non-profits, and businesses.
• Represent Minky Couture at community events, sponsorships, and charitable initiatives.
• Organize and participate in local outreach programs that align with our brand mission.

Marketing & Promotions

• Assist in planning and executing in-store and local marketing campaigns.
• Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media content and email campaigns tailored to the St. George audience.
• Collaborate with corporate marketing to ensure brand consistency across platforms and promotions.

Customer Experience

• Act as a local ambassador of the brand by engaging with customers both online and in-store.
• Support customer feedback initiatives and ensure the Minky Couture brand is represented positively in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, or community outreach (retail or lifestyle brand experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and events.
• Passion for community engagement.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Local to St. George, UT or willing to relocate.
