This position plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of equipment and facilities, while also reducing downtime and optimizing maintenance operations. The Maintenance Planner will collaborate closely with on-site maintenance teams, engineers, and leadership to ensure that maintenance tasks are well-coordinated and executed efficiently.Here's What You'll Get To DoPlanning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules, ensuring timely and efficient execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.Work Order Management: Prioritize, plan, and organize work orders based on urgency, availability of resources, and equipment downtime.Coordination: Work closely with supervisors, technicians, and the procurement team to ensure availability of parts, tools, and resources needed for scheduled maintenance.Maintenance Optimization: Continuously improve maintenance planning processes by reviewing historical data, equipment performance, and failure trends to minimize downtime and extend asset life.Compliance: Ensure that maintenance activities meet regulatory and safety requirements, as well as internal company standards.Inventory Management: Collaborate with the procurement and supply chain teams to manage parts inventory and ensure critical spares are always available.Reporting & Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including equipment uptime, downtime, mean time between failures (MTBF), and mean time to repair (MTTR), and provide regular reports to leadership.Collaboration: Facilitate communication between maintenance team, engineering, and site leadership to align maintenance efforts with operational goals.Cost Control: Monitor and control maintenance expenses while ensuring maximum equipment reliability and availability.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes, equipment reliability, and team efficiency across all assigned locationsHere's What We Are Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance, or related field (or equivalent work experience)3+ years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) **Preferably eMaint**.Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, equipment, and processesExcellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work effectively across multiple teamsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards for maintenanceAn uncompromising safety-first approach in the workplace.
