This role reports to our Sr. Director, Brand and Agency Licensing. About you: You are a great communicator, you have a deep understanding of our library, and are passionate about licensing. You are a multi-tasker who knows how to service clients, upsell them on new services, and can effectively manage day to day internal processes for your sales partner(s) so they can focus on proactively finding new business and working on larger deals. Must be able to work standard PDT/PST hours. Preference for ability to come into the Culver City, CA office on hybrid basis. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist their seller(s) by providing administrative support, tracking transactions, and maintaining accurate records of all communications and deals Client Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries about licensing transactions and video content Licensing Transactions: Handle inbound licensing transactions under $5,000, from initial inquiry to final sale, ensuring that all necessary agreements and terms are communicated and documented properly Clip Research & Playlist Creation: Research video content based on client requests and create curated playlists to meet their specific licensing needs Rights Management Interface: Work closely with the Rights Management team to secure any necessary clearances for video content, ensuring compliance with all legal and contractual obligations Monthly Billing: Prepare and manage monthly billing for transactions, coordinating with the finance team to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, deals, and licensing agreements using the companys CRM system Data-Driven Decision Making : Leverage analytics, market research, and user feedback to optimize product performance and inform product decisions Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2 years of experience in account management, sales support, or licensing, preferably in the media or entertainment industry Understanding of video licensing, media rights, and content clearance processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the video or content licensing industry Familiarity with rights management and content clearance processes Ability to create tailored content recommendations for clients based on their specific needs Salary: Base salary of $55,000-65,000 and a $5,000 incentive Our Benefits: We value our people and offer a collaborative and engaging culture.
