The Role You Will Play:

• Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and handling document processing tasks like copying, faxing, and scanning.
• Maintaining client relationships by understanding case details, assisting with filing procedures, entering time into a billing system, managing client files, preparing billing documents, expense reports, and maintaining client contact information.
• Providing support to other legal administrative assistants and perform other duties as needed to support the team and clients.
• Creating and editing various documents such as correspondence, memoranda, and legal pleadings, as well as transcribing dictation.

Background Profile:

• Two + years of legal secretarial experience.
• Familiar with litigation and / or corporate preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills; ability to communicate clearly and accurately; professional appearance and demeanor.
