**Hybrid Remote - 2 Days On Site**

Position Overview:

The Epicor Admin will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and optimization of the Epicor ERP system. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the system is meeting business needs and will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to improve system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily system maintenance tasks including data backup, user access management, and system configuration updates
• Provide technical support for end-users and troubleshoot system issues
• Create and maintain BAQs (Business Activity Queries) and BPMs (Business Process Management) to improve data visibility and automate business processes
• Develop and maintain custom reports using SQL
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements or upgrades
• Train end-users on system functionality and best practices
• Document system processes and procedures for future reference

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an Epicor Admin or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of Epicor ERP system and its modules
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining BAQs and BPMs
• Excellent SQL skills for creating custom reports and data manipulation
• Experience with system maintenance, user access management, and configuration updates
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and ability to document processes and procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred)
