Canyon Air Systems a division of Andersen Commercial Plumbing is hiring an experienced HVAC Technician. Qualifications and Responsibilities

• 3+ years' experience as a HVAC Technician
• Diagnostic and repair work on residential and light commercial heating and cooling equipment units up to 30 tons
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
• Thorough knowledge of split systems including heat pumps, ductless systems, evaporative coolers, package units, wall heaters, wine coolers, exhaust fans, ducting, and zoning
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems.
• Performing routine and preventative maintenance
• Experience working with VRF systems.
• Ability to recommend upgrades and new equipment as necessary to customers.
• Certifications: EPA required; Nate preferred
• Available to work rotating weekends and overtime during peak seasons.
• Ownership of industry tools and ability to operate them.
• Service Titan experience is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

• $25-30/hr. + commission depending on knowledge and experience.

Compliance Requirements

• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test prior to employment.
• Must be willing to submit to an MVR report – No DUIs or more than 2 points on a driving record is our baseline standard.
