we.shop.LIVE is seeking a motivated and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recruitment experience and a passion for finding the best candidates to support our growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and hiring.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to attract and source qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Job Posting: Create compelling job descriptions and post job openings on appropriate platforms.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely updates.
  • Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the company.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and preparing HR documents.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Reporting: Maintain and update recruitment reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for finding and hiring top talent.
