Currently, StaffBright has a great F inancial Analyst job opportunity with a client in the Farmington, MI area. This role is Hybrid and will be 3 days in the office, and 2 days remote.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide strategic financial and analytical leadership to deliver actionable insights that drive organizational decision-making.
• Support FP&A and Treasury functions by analyzing financial performance and contributing to long-term financial strategies.
• Leverage expertise in FP&A and treasury to develop insights that enhance operational efficiency and organizational success.
• I'd like you to collaborate on strategic initiatives to support financial planning, forecasting, and treasury management objectives.

What We'll Need From You:

• Perform basic accounting and finance tasks, including account reconciliations, general ledger management, month-end close processes, and accounts payable.
• Assist with forecasting and budgeting to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models to analyze business performance and project future outcomes.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data while supporting process improvements in accounting workflows.
