⚡ Your Role & Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead all estimating activities for high-value commercial electrical projects
🔹 Analyze costs, vendor quotes & subcontractor proposals for accuracy & competitiveness
🔹 Collaborate with project teams to align estimates with execution strategies
🔹 Attend pre-bid meetings, planning sessions & project progress reviews
🔹 Support business development and bidding strategies
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔ 8+ years of electrical estimating experience (5+ years on projects $10M+)
✔ Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, Business Management, or equivalent experience
✔ Strong knowledge of commercial electrical construction, cost analysis & bid strategy
✔ Excellent leadership, analytical & collaboration skills
✔ Ability to thrive in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment
