Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Program Manager to lead our financial integration efforts. This role requires a dynamic leader who can navigate complex technical and strategic landscapes, particularly in the areas of SAP and HANA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and technology, with a consultative mindset and the ability to drive and manage large-scale integrations and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Lead the integration of financial platforms and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
SAP and HANA Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of SAP and HANA to guide the integration and optimization of financial applications.
Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various teams across the organization to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
Team Development: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Consultative Approach: Work closely with business and technology leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Change Management: Drive organizational change and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of integration efforts and overall program performance.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP program management, with a focus on financial integrations and HANA. Experience in a Big 4 consultancy or Fortune 500 company is highly desirable.
Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive results.
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP, HANA, APAR, and other financial systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
High EQ: Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to read and navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think big and develop long-term strategic plans that align with the company’s vision and goals.
Consultative Mindset: A customer-focused approach with the ability to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
