- Manage appointed racing division operational staff by working with current facilities managers and directing a plan for daily blend and package schedules.
- Understanding our Delivery Works system and ensuring that our team is scheduling orders in advance and not on the day of expected pick up. We use FIFO as a general practice for order output.
- Ensure Quality Control is at a premium and that Quality Control errors and mistakes are eliminated.
- Negotiate orders and manage inventory of components and supplies for the Racing Division at each plant.
- Negotiate orders and manage equipment for the Racing Division plant and approve equipment purchases for customers on behalf of the sales team.
- Responsible for working with, negotiating, and growing current and future vendor relationships.
- Work with the sales manager, sales team, and senior management on current and future operational race division projects and or expansions.
- Learn the product lines while working with the tech team on product formulations and execution of new and current product developments.
- Understand blending and packaging facilities to assist in backup planning and execution.
- Responsible for forecasting, planning, and budgeting of operational processes and inventories for yearly, quarterly, monthly, and even daily planning if needed.
- Understand the current order system, how things are scheduled, and what takes priority by managing our Delivery Works system.
- Maintain and work with other operations managers so that the required inspections and orderliness of the Race facilities are compliant with local, state, and federal laws.
- The ability to create a plan, design a plan, present a plan, and execute the plan to completion.
- Willingness to travel to work with other partner re-packagers and blenders travel for trackside events and trade shows which can involve some weekends.

Requirements
1. Full-time with a performance plan review at 3 months and 6 months.
2. You will also be required to sign our "Non-Disclosure, Non-Solicitation, and Non-Competition Agreement"
3. A position performance plan will be implemented 90 days from the hire date.
4. The main race and specialty fuels division is in Owensboro KY. You will be asked to be at our other facilities that carry our racing and specialty fuels product lines.
5. This position is based out of the corporate office in Owensboro, Ky, but requires travel, some overnight travel, to other plants including for future expansions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A truly Ideal Team Player, A qualified candidate demonstrates a high level of organization and multi-tasking. Qualified candidates must have excellent verbal communication and data management skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machine operation is a plus.
