The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into the company’s databases and systems. Houston, TX THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS Responsibilities: Enter and update data into various databases and systems with high accuracy. Verify and correct data discrepancies. Maintain and manage electronic and paper files. Assist with generating reports and extracting data as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency. Perform regular data audits to ensure data quality. Follow company procedures and guidelines for data management and confidentiality. Provide administrative support as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry or related field is a plus. Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role preferred. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
