Position Title: Crown & Bridge Dental Technician

Location: Wilmington, North Carolina

Shift: Day Shift

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 annually (based on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Crown & Bridge Dental Technician to join our dental laboratory team in Wilmington, NC. This role focuses on performing essential functions such as contouring, staining, glazing, and other core tasks related to crown and bridge work. You will collaborate closely with dentists and fellow technicians to ensure high-quality, aesthetically pleasing, and functional dental restorations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contour, stain, and glaze crown and bridge dental prostheses to ensure proper fit, function, and aesthetics.
• Perform adjustments to achieve correct margins, occlusion, contact points, and overall contour.
• Follow dentist prescriptions and case specifications precisely.
• Work on various crown and bridge cases, including implant-supported restorations.
• Apply tooth shades and finalize restorations through accurate staining and glazing techniques.
• Ensure restorations meet both aesthetic and functional standards.
• Experience with Miyo products is a plus but not required.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Solid understanding of crown and bridge design and morphology.
• Proficiency in contouring, staining, and glazing processes.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with dentists and colleagues.
• Experience with Zirconia and Lithium Disilicate materials preferred but not required.
