Volt is immediately hiring for an Associate Manufacturing Engineer in San Diego, CA.

As an Associate Manufacturing Engineer you will:

Perform manufacturing engineering tasks such as the creation of timely, accurate bills of material, controls assembly drawings, manufacturing floor support for assembly and testing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead new Technology & Innovation roadmaps.

• Communicate with stakeholders to determine the new technology mid-long term plan.

• Drive insights On Technology trends and sharing with technical groups.

• Standardize processes and automating monitoring technologies.

This is a full time, contingent opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Gas Turbine Systems and their operation
• Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) Control Systems
• Experience with Windchill
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment, capable of handling multiple projects with competing priorities, while meeting project deadlines and commitments

Pay Rate: $32.28/hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
