Are you a skilled civil litigation lawyer searching for the flexibility of working as a contract attorney? Do you possess expertise in preparing and responding to discovery and crafting and responding to and defending dispositive motions? Responsibilities

•Prepare legal documents such as pleadings and motions
•Handle discovery demands, responses, and meet and confer letters
•Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and case management deadlines
•Conduct document production and review records

Qualifications

•Graduated from an ABA or California-accredited law school and licensed to practice by the State Bar of California
•Must maintain a clean disciplinary record with any State Bar
•Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation
•Proficient in producing high-quality written work with creativity
•Display confidence, independence, decisiveness, and accountability in your work
•Capable of strategic thinking and executing tasks with a big-picture perspective
