Description
The Brand Ambassador is responsible for setting qualified appointments at varying events & retail locations with prospective customers. They take direction from the Non-Traditional Marketing Manager and work toward team and individual goals. Brand Ambassadors are often the first point of contact for our potential customers and must represent the company accordingly and foster positive experiences and relationships with the community.
Responsibilities This position is responsible for the following:
- Represent the company at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism
- Demonstrate positive, knowledgeable, authentic customer interactions.
- Maintain a reasonable hours per demo ratio (HPD)
- Maintain a cooperative working relationship with all company employees, suppliers, and customers
- Travel within our territory. RbA is not responsible for "Acts of God" while traveling to and from your work location
- Must be willing to work at an Event, Home Show, or Retail location
- Maintain a functional familiarity with windows and their issues, Renewal by Andersen, their suite of products, and current services.
- Perform any other related, unrelated, unassigned, unspecified, out of the ordinary or special duties that may be assigned.
- Remember: You represent our company and our brand ANY time time you are wearing our logo! Please conduct yourself accordingly.
Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, character and/or ability required:
- Must be able to withstand the rigors of frequent daily travel, and use of computers and office equipment
- Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work under time constraints
- Must be available to work most weekends and all holidays, excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas
- Must be able to set up a 6-foot table, demo window, and any other marketing collateral
- Must have smart phone with enough data to send texts and pictures
- Must be able to travel and transport equipment using your personal vehicle
To drive any vehicle on company business, employees are required to hold a valid driver's license and current auto policy as required by law, and provide current copies to the Human Resource Department

Salary Description
$21/hour + Bonus and Commission
