_*Life Changing Therapy for Children and Young Adults with Special Needs.*_
Seeking a highly motivated BCBA to join our growing team in Liberty County, Georgia! Full Spectrum is expanding rapidly to bring services to the children in this area - including military families!
*--Reimbursement—*
*BCBA: $85-95/ hour - based on experience and certification*
*Qualifications*
· Master’s degree in special education or related human services field
· BACB Certified
· _*Tricare credentialed - or willing/able to be credentialed with Tricare*_
· Valid driver’s license and current car insurance
· Medicaid provider a plus but not required
· Demonstrative behavior management, instructional, and communication skills
*Responsibilities:*
· Develop behavior and treatment plans for all clients within the ABA model
· Function in a supervisory capacity and provide oversight to all areas of programming including the training of Registered Behavior Techs
· Provide ongoing support and training to Registered Behavior Techs and families
· Provide consultation and support to management
· Maintain all data, paperwork, and notes in a timely fashion
· Within county travel to provide in home support to clients and families
· Remain up to date with the latest education in the field
