**Description**
**The Counter Offer is HarborChase''s upscale bistro dining option. The Counter Offer Attendant will be responsible for upholding HRA's hospitality standards and providing exemplary customer service and cuisine to our residents.**
**Essential Functions:**
* Prepare and serve bistro items to residents and guests (coffee, sandwiches, soup, salads, etc.)
* Relate to residents in a courteous, empathetic, and cooperative manner
* Keep environment safe and clean
* Practice and observe all safety and loss prevention procedures; adhere to universal precautions and all infection control guidelines
* Maintain sanitary conditions; implement and practice the Clean As You Go method to keep areas clean and safe
* Maintain or exceed HRA standards of appearance and cleanliness; maintain personal sanitation, hygiene and health standards
* Maintain and protect the confidentiality of resident information at all times
* Notify Dir. of Hospitality of any malfunctioning kitchen equipment or appliances
* Perform any other reasonable task as assigned by the supervisor
**Non-Essential Functions:**

* Must possess a passion to work with and around senior citizens
* Attends required community meetings and participates Life Enrichment activities when able
* Completes all required courses in adherence with HRA University
* Is prompt and able to perform the required duties of the position on a regular, predictable basis
* Becomes familiar and understands how to report a missing person using the ***Safe Return*** program or equivalent
* Becomes familiar and understands the steps for fire evacuation
* ***All associates are responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all community residents***
